Hm and I don't see an asshole in Will:D Considered Jem to innocent and nconspicuous. But that's exactly Cassandra Clare's trick, heat up the fronts!Provoke readers to choose teams. Her writing stlye is just great, love her books! Thanks for your review, always love to think, comment, discuss about such a great novel again:)Miss Page-Turnerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10518771814158045590noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5276378925924960205.post-20953457982425750052010-10-25T10:45:00.424-05:002010-10-25T10:45:00.424-05:00Now that you mention it, this was a slow starting ...Now that you mention it, this was a slow starting book. I hadn't really thought of that. I figured it was only going slow b/c I was so crazy busy and didn't have time to read it, but it actually did just start slow.

I thought Will was too big a jerk too. I agree that there's "bad boy" and pushing someone away, and then there is straight up not nice guy and he falled a little too much to the later for me. I wasn't exactly team Jem either though b/c he did nothing but make excuses for Will's horrible behavior. Ugh!

I love Cassandra Clare's work though - I would definitely recommend reading The Mortal Instruments - they are fantastic.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
